INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Accommodation in Family Suite with treatment or Bed & Breakfast as choosen, admittance to the wellness area with sauna, turkish bath, thepidarium, kneipp, relax area and herbal tea, gym, Kinny swimming pool for children, swimming pool for adults. Also WIFI free in the whole building, Nintendo WII room, Kinny baby club in dedicated area with games every afternoon (except on Saturdays) and with evening baby dance, MTB deposit and repair, heated ski and ski boots deposit.

BABY KIT FREE: baby cot, high chair, baby changing facilities, bottle warmer. To be asked with the reservation, a deposit could be required at the arrival.

GARAGE EXTRA: € 10 per day, on request.
OUTSIDE PARKING EXTRA: € 5 per day, on request.

Free arrivals until 22/12 and from 16/3 
Units can't be occupied by a number of people higher that the max. bed places indicated. In the number of people also children are counted, no matter the age. 1 infant under 2 years is allowed as extra bed in some units, on request.

DEPOSIT: € 200 per apartment to be paid at the arrival, it will be given back on departure after a carefull check of the apartment. ATTENTION! In Trentino there are mandatory rules for garbage collection in respect of the natural environment. Guests must follow this rules  if they don't an extra cost will be required. Kitchenette and fridge have to be left perfectly cleaned, otherwise an extra cost (min. 30€) will be applied.

ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES: check-in time 15.00-22.00 with guarantee of all units ready up to 18.00 - Check-out time 7.30 - 10.00 with possibility to ask the day use with supplement.

ANIMALS NOT ADMITTED.
NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES.
