What time can I check in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the video-monitored storage, use the changing rooms and showers, and start enjoying the beach or the pool immediately.
What time do I have to leave the room?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Any late check-outs can be requested the day before departure and are subject to availability and a supplement.
Can I stay at the facility after check-out?
Yes, you can leave your luggage in the storage and continue to use the resort’s services. You can also use the changing rooms and showers before departure.
