Vacations with your pet
To make the stay pleasant and safe for all our Guests, we have established a policy dedicated to the presence of pets in Clubres properties.
Accommodation conditions vary depending on the destination:
- Trentino: small pets are allowed, in compliance with the conditions listed below.
- Sardinia: dogs are not allowed, regardless of size.
Clubres Properties in Trentino
Our hotels and residences in Trentino welcome one small pet per unit, in compliance with Art. 10 of the Provincial Collection of Hotel Customs of Trentino, which regulates the presence of animals in accommodation facilities.
To ensure a peaceful vacation for all Guests, also considering possible allergies, fears, or special needs, the following conditions must be respected.
– Pet Requirements
You may stay with:
- 1 pet only per unit
- maximum weight: 15 kg
- minimum age: 9 months
– Stay Supplement
A supplement of €15.00 per day applies for the presence of a pet.
– Security Deposit
At check-in, a security deposit of €200.00 is required.
The deposit will be returned at check-out, following inspection of the unit, provided no damage is found.
– Required Documentation
At the time of stay, the owner must present:
- the Dog Registry certificate, pursuant to Art. 3 of Law No. 281/1991;
- the health booklet with all vaccinations up to date.
– Where Access Is Not Allowed
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and respect for the needs of all Guests, pets are not allowed:
- in dining areas;
- in breakfast rooms;
- in the wellness area;
- in the pool.
– Owner Responsibility
Pets must never be left alone or unattended inside the property.
The owner is responsible, both civilly and criminally, for any damage caused by their pet to people, other animals, or property and is required to fully compensate for any damage caused.
Guests staying with a pet also agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and keep the accommodation facility and its staff free from harm against any claims for compensation, indemnity, or reimbursement related to damages, costs, and expenses, including any legal fees, arising from injuries or damage caused by the pet.
– Dogs Belonging to Specific Breeds
The Management reserves the right not to accept, at its discretion, dogs belonging to specific breeds deemed potentially dangerous.
In case of doubts about pet acceptance, we recommend contacting the property before booking.
– Compliance with the Policy
The owner is required to comply with all conditions set forth in this policy.
Should the Guest fail to comply with the obligations listed above, the Management reserves the right to issue a warning and request immediate compliance with the rules.
In case of persistent non-compliance, the Management shall have the right to terminate the hotel contract with immediate effect, pursuant to Art. 1456 of the Civil Code.
Clubres Properties in Sardinia
For our properties in Sardinia, stays with dogs are not permitted.
Dogs are not allowed, regardless of their size.
We therefore invite you to verify the conditions regarding pets before making your reservation.
