Your refuge
Arrive and feel immediately at ease. Mountain-style apartments and rooms, cozy environments, and the panorama of the Dolomites to admire at any time. The property does not have a restaurant and does not offer lunch or dinner service. The beds are already made, and the linens are in place. We take care of the initial and final cleaning: you have much more to think about!
We only ask you to clean the kitchenette and dispose of waste in the appropriate recycling bins found outside the property.

Where time doesn’t matter
Sauna, Turkish bath, tepidarium, Kneipp path, herbal tea room, Technogym gym and pools dedicated to adults and children: everything you need to alternate movement, relaxation, and well-being. For an even deeper moment of regeneration, treatments by Consuelo Zeta Massaggi are also available, designed for the well-being of body and mind. Adler guests also enjoy a 10% discount.

Space for two wheels
The strategic position allows you to easily reach ski slopes, trails, and MTB routes. The residence has a bike storage, a small workshop, and Ducati MIG-S e-bike rental, perfect for experiencing the Dolomites actively and reaching spectacular views. In winter, the skibus stop just a few meters away makes traveling to the valley’s ski facilities simple and fast.

No one stays home!
Even four-legged friends are welcome. The property welcomes up to one pet per accommodation, up to 15 kg, with a welcome kit and dedicated mat. Questions and answers
What time can I check in?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM; the room is guaranteed by 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact us beforehand: we will give you all the instructions for self-access.
Is breakfast included?
It depends on the chosen formula. Apartment guests can add it based on availability: adults €14.00/person, children (2–10 years) €8.00/person. The room is open every day from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, with sweet and savory options, hot drinks, and juices.
Is there parking?
Yes, you have two options: a monitored garage accessible 24h with your room card (€12.00/night) or outdoor parking (€7.00/day).
Can I use the pool and wellness center at any time?
The pool and gym are open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The wellness area (sauna, Turkish bath, tepidarium, Kneipp) is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. In your room, you will already find a spa bag with bathrobes and slippers. If you need an extra towel, you can rent one for €3.50. A swimsuit and towel or bathrobe are mandatory to access the saunas.
Can children access the wellness center?
Children under 16 can use the pool only if accompanied by an adult. The wellness area is reserved for adults.
Is there a laundry room?
Yes, it is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Tokens can be purchased at reception (€4.00 each); detergent (2 tabs) costs €2.00.
Where do I leave my skis and boots?
Entering the property with ski boots is not allowed. The storage area can be reached via the stairs by the outdoor parking lot.
Can I rent a bike?
Yes, we have the Ducati MIG-S e-Mountain Bike for €49.00/day (8:30 AM–6:30 PM). Book by 6:00 PM the day before at reception. Pick-up is at Niko Sport in Moena.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, small-to-medium sized pets (max 15 kg, 1 per room) are welcome. They cannot access common areas, the wellness center, or the mini club. In your room, you will find a sanitized mat and a welcome kit.
What time is the mini club open?
In summer from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, in winter from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
How does waste recycling work?
The waste area is outside the parking lot, accessible with your magnetic card. Blue: plastic · Yellow: paper · Green: glass and cans · Brown: organic · Gray: non-recyclable dry waste.
Can I book a massage?
Adler guests get a 10% discount on treatments by Consuelo Zeta Massaggi. You can also book via WhatsApp at +39 339 196 9593. Available treatments include bio-emotional, lomi lomi, aromatherapy, deep tissue, drainage, foot reflexology, and others.
