And in between is Residence Al Sole, a property designed for those who want to experience the mountains without sacrificing space and comfort. Apartments in mountain style, pool, restaurant-pizzeria and services dedicated to families make every stay simple and pleasant. From here you can easily reach the Canazei-Pecol lift and set off to discover the Sellaronda, the famous route that crosses the Dolomites among spectacular views and outdoor activities. In winter it’s one of the most popular ski destinations in the Alps; in summer it becomes the reference point for hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists.

What time can I check in?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. For different needs, contact us during your stay: we’ll find the best solution together.
Is the restaurant open every day?
Yes. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, dinner from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. At lunch the restaurant is closed. Apartment guests can add breakfast (adults €12/day, children €7/day) and half board (adults €38/day, children €23/day, drinks excluded) during online booking.
Can I use the pool and spa freely?
Yes, the relaxation area is open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, without reservation. The spa is reserved for adults. Swimsuit and slippers are required throughout the area.
Is the miniclub always open?
The Kinny Club is active from Sunday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM and from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Children from 3 years old can participate.
Is there parking?
Yes, covered and monitored, accessible with your room card: €12/night. There are also free parking spaces near the municipal pool — keep in mind that on Friday evenings they are often occupied for the Saturday market (from July 2 to September 17).
Where are the ski lifts?
The Canazei lift is at Via di Parèda 67, just 500 meters from the property. It’s open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. For more info: valdifassalift.it.
Is there a bike workshop?
Yes, on the ground floor, accessible with your room card. If you return with your bike in the evening, use the night entrance and leave it directly in front of the workshop.
Where can I find activities and excursions?
You can contact Sport Check Point (Via Dolomites 189, open 9 AM–12 PM and 4 PM–7 PM) or the Canazei Tourist Office (Piazza Marconi 5, open 8:30 AM–12:30 PM and 3 PM–7 PM).
