Questions and answers
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is available every day from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. The supplement is €12/day for adults and €7/day for children. The bar is open from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
Can I add dinner in winter?
Yes, half board is available only in winter: €38/day for adults, €23/day for children.
Is there a kitchenette?
Available on request with a supplement of €10/day. We ask you to leave it clean at departure, with waste separation completed.
Can I use the pool and wellness center?
The pool is open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The wellness area (sauna, Turkish bath, tepidarium, cold pool, herbal tea room and relaxation) is open from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and is reserved for adults. Children under 12 can access the pool only with an adult; under 16 is not allowed access to the wellness area.
Is the miniclub open every day?
Yes, every day from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The game room with ping pong and table football is always available.
Is there parking?
Limited outdoor spaces (not bookable) and covered garage at €12/day. Note: the garage is not available for LPG vehicles.
Where do I leave skis and bikes?
The ski storage is in the left corner of the property, with numbered lockers for each room. Entering with ski boots is not allowed. The bike storage is equipped with a workshop.
Is there a laundry?
Yes, open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Detergent can be purchased at reception for €5. To access, contact reception.
How does waste separation work?
The waste area is outside, on the left as you exit the main door. Blue: plastic and cans · Yellow: paper · Green: non-recyclable dry waste · Brown: organic · Black: glass.
Is there a service for children attending ski lessons?
Yes, Family Fun (active from 12.22.25 to 03.13.26) includes transport and accompaniment to lessons. One round trip, lessons from 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM. Every day from 12.22 to 01.09; Tuesday–Friday from 01.13 to 03.13.
