Is the use of the pool and mini club included in the Residence formula?
Yes, guests of the Residence formula can access the swimming pool, panoramic sauna, gym, and entertainment services, including the mini club, for free.
Is access to the wellness center included?
Access to the wellness area (relaxation area, saunas, Turkish bath, and emotional showers) requires a supplement of €10.00 per entry.
If I book an apartment, can I add half board?
Yes, half board can be requested directly at the structure, subject to availability in the restaurant. Alternatively, a take-away service is available.
Can I add other services to the Residence formula?
Yes, during the booking phase you can choose the King service, which includes breakfast and daily cleaning.
At what age can children access the mini club?
The Kinny Club welcomes children from 3 to 12 years old with activities, games, workshops, and nature experiences followed by our entertainment team.
What are the mini club hours?
The mini club is open from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For a supplement, lunch with the entertainers is also available. After dinner, everyone on the floor for the Baby Dance at 9:00 PM.
Is entertainment available all year round?
The entertainment service is active approximately from December 7 to March 31 and from June 15 to September 15. Please ask for confirmation when booking.
Are there activities for the whole family?
Yes, every week we offer activities and experiences for adults and children: walks, excursions, workshops, orienteering, treasure hunts, nature activities, and much more.
Is there an entertainment service on the slopes?
Yes, at Cermislandia, at Alpe Cermis in the Doss dei Laresi area. The service is dedicated to children from 3 to 10 years old and is active from Sunday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Can children have lunch at Cermislandia?
Yes, it is possible to leave children for lunch at the Baita Tonda restaurant with a supplement of €12.00.
Is participation in entertainment activities free?
Yes, all activities organized by the entertainment team are free for guests of the structure.
Is a medical assistance service available?
Yes, guests can use the ClubRes Medical Service for free.
The nursing service is available every day from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
How much does an after-hours medical visit cost?
Visits requested outside of opening hours require a supplement:
- €40.00 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- €80.00 between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
Are the pools reserved for adults?
Not only. The wellness center has an area dedicated to families with a Family Pool and Family Sauna, designed for the fun and relaxation of adults and children.
Are services for infants available?
Yes, upon request we provide our baby kit with a cot, high chair, and changing table.
Can I rent strollers or hiking equipment?
Yes, trekking strollers and practical baby carrier backpacks are available for mountain walks.
Are there useful apps for organizing activities and excursions during the stay?
