Alpi due Srl whistleblowing report

In implementation of Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10, 2023, the Company has established the required channels for receiving and managing reports known as “whistleblowing.”

Who can report?

  • People with administrative, management, control, supervisory, or representative functions within the Company;
  • all workers, collaborators, freelancers, consultants, volunteers, and trainees, whether paid or unpaid, who work for the Company;
  • Individuals who held the roles mentioned above in the past, if the information on violations was acquired during the relationship, and individuals with whom the relationship has not yet started—for example, job candidates or employees during their probationary period.

Scope of potential reports

Information on any administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offense—or well-founded suspicion of an offense—can be reported. Information on violations may also concern violations not yet committed that the whistleblower reasonably believes could occur based on concrete elements. Such elements may also include irregularities and anomalies (symptomatic indicators) that the reporter believes could lead to one of the violations provided for by the Decree.
